The Full Story

About us:

Hello! We are two sisters; Lutherans, military wives, mothers, friends, and New Englanders. We are passionate about healthy living for ourselves and our families.

We grew up in New England where we enjoyed a fabulously fun childhood alongside one another. We were raised in the 90's and 00's where outdoor fun reigned supreme, our screen time was minimal, and our imaginations led the way. We were quite active growing up and our parents instilled in us the importance of health. We tried just about every sport a kid could try: swimming, skiing and snowboarding, dance, gymnastics, tennis, softball, soccer and golf. Ironically, we both ended up joining the cross country and track teams in middle school and high school.

Each of us began this trek of wellness through different channels but ultimately we have the same goal and decided to team up since it is something we both believe so strongly in. It can be hard to know what decision is right, it can be hard to know what is best for your family. We're here to help blur our the noise and help you guide your family to whatever version of wellness matters to you.

Join us as we strive to lead our families by example through physical, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental and intellectual wellness. Remember, all the little things count; all the little moments matter.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
